Are there any scholarship opportunities?

The scholarship application deadline was January 13, 2025. All submissions are currently under review, and recipients will be notified by February 21, 2025. NatCon25 proudly offers two scholarship opportunities to help a select group of attendees experience the conference. Is there an exhibit-only pass?

NatCon25 does not include an exhibit-only pass.

Can I attend the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Summit on May 4?

Our free MHFA Summit is exclusively open to all current MHFA Instructors, Trainers and Coordinators. This event features a robust agenda designed to empower you with tools and strategies to maximize your impact as an Instructor. To register, you must use the email address associated with your current MHFA Instructor, Coordinator or Trainer profile for the Summit option to appear on the registration website. If you need to update your email address, please contact us.

How do I add NatCon registration to my MHFA Summit registration?

To add NatCon registration to your MHFA Summit registration, simply select the NatCon registration option while registering for the Summit. If you’ve already completed your Summit registration and would like to add NatCon later, contact our NatCon registration team to request that NatCon be added to your Summit registration.

What meals are provided at NatCon?

Who do I contact if I have a dietary restriction?

During the registration process, you’ll have the opportunity to specify any dietary requirements. If you need to add or update your dietary restrictions after completing your registration, please contact us. We're happy to assist!

Are shuttle buses provided from hotels?

Yes, shuttle buses are provided for hotels located more than a 3-block walk from the conference venue. While most of our hotels are within walking distance, shuttles will be available for the following hotels:

Are sessions being recorded?

General Session and TED-Style talks will be recorded. We are not recording Breakout Sessions or Thought Leader sessions.

What accommodations are provided?

Coat and luggage check will be available from Sunday to Wednesday in the Grand Hall next to the Bookstore.

Where is the Exhibit Hall located?

The Exhibit Hall will be located at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Exhibit Halls B, C and D.

How can I reserve booth space at the exhibit?

To reserve a booth, visit the Exhibit and Sponsor page on the NatCon25 website and click on “Book Exhibit Space.” This will direct you to the Expo Harvester platform. Once there, click “Start” under “Need to purchase a booth or sponsorship” on the left-hand side.

Can I purchase a list of attendees?

The National Council does not sell its attendee list. However, as a NatCon25 exhibitor, you’ll receive access to the pre- and post-conference mailing lists as part of your benefits. These lists include attendee names, company names, titles and mailing addresses but do not include email addresses.

I’ve received SPAM emails claiming to be from NatCon25. What should I do?

We have received reports of individuals falsely claiming to sell NatCon25 registration lists or offering housing deals. In some cases, scammers have used the “NatCon” name and logo. Please be aware that these individuals are NOT affiliated with us. If you receive any suspicious emails that you believe to be spam, please notify us immediately. We will take swift action by sending a cease-and-desist letter to the offending party. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
