Valerie Westhead, MD, FASAM Medical Operations and Care Integration Consultant of MTM Services and Katherine Schroeder, LMHC, MCAP, QCS, Process Change Consultant will challenge attendees to use a Trauma Informed Organization lens to re-imagine their service delivery systems and implement changes to provide better care. Attendees will learn how to establish staff competency in measurement and team-based care that engages clients and leads to rapid progress towards client centered outcomes. Topics will include level of care treatment planning, development of evidence-based care pathways, and aligning workflows within the organization and with strategic community partners.
