The Franklin County Crisis Care Center collocates three levels of care (behavioral health urgent care, crisis stabilization, and inpatient) and integrates key innovations, including physical health services, community-based service coordination, family supports, and a discharge pharmacy to provide an enhanced care experience in a community-based setting. Attendees will hear how necessary partners were successfully engaged to plan, fund, and implement the ultramodern person-centered mental health and addiction crisis care center designed to push best practices forward for Franklin County (Ohio) and the country with respect to supporting care, visitors, staff, and the community as a whole.
