    The ER is no place for a child – and there’s a precious window to connect kids to care in the aftermath of an emergency visit or crisis. There’s an innovative model that’s growing and inspiring parents to leave feedback like: “You saved this kid's life and that is not hyperbole. What you did has real consequences that changed lives.”

    Learning Objectives:

    • Learn about a short term, acute, rapid response model that is bridging a service gap in the care continuum
    • Identify solutions that help families and kids stabilize, connect to the right care and bridge to longer term services.
    • Understand how innovative partnerships and rapid-response service are delivered to youth regardless of their insurance coverage
