MP10 - 988 to Crisis Response: Developing Your Regional Crisis Team in a Rural Area

Affiliated Sante' Group has been providing crisis services in Maryland for over 25 years. Their Eastern Shore team started its journey 14 years ago. Starting out with 2 teams we now have 9 crisis teams and a regional call center. Making services accessible in our communities has always been our goal. With the support and advocacy of our behavioral health authority and our community partners we created a continuum that makes the most of the resources that are available. We would like to share the lessons we have learned during our journey and where we are heading in the future.
