MP7 - Using AI-powered Analytics to Improve Health Outcomes

Attendees will learn how AI-powered analytics can be used to enhance clinical program design to improve population health outcomes. There will be specific information on how AI powered analytics are used to drive member-specific care coordination activities which results in improved health outcomes for the individual, and the larger population. Attendees will see the AI Readmission Predictor and the Antidepressant Disease Management predictor using a Natural Language Processing engine analytics. This exposure to these tools will give attendees a clearer understanding of how they can create positive impacts to client health outcomes.
