Being data driven doesn't come naturally for some of us in the helping field. The demand for quality improvement and risk management tracking, reporting, and activities are necessary to survive and thrive in our health care system, all while continuing to meet state and federal complaince regulations has become overwhelming. We'd like to share the tools, templates, and strategies we've adopted that has been met with consistent approval from our auditors.
Learning Objectives:
Attendees will be able to identify their needs for a CQI program in their practice or agency.
Attendees will be able to explore how to formulate their own Quality Improvement and Risk Management goals, objectives, target measures, sources for data gathering, tracking methods, and QI plans.
Attendees will be able to replicate our strategies in their agency by using the templates we can share with them.
