The presentation on Youth Behavioral Health Services Providing Crisis Response and Access to Care Across Missouri in Partnership with Key Stakeholders will provide a comprehensive overview of initiatives and access points for youth and families to receive quality services. We will review implementation, program management, cross-system relationships, and outcomes. The initiatives overview will include crisis services, access points, and partnerships with children's divisions, hospitals, schools, and law enforcement but not limited to. Services that will be overviewed include mobile response, youth behavioral health crisis centers, Independent Assessment, Youth Behavioral Health Liaisons, Intensive Care Coordination, and STARR Kids.
