This poster will provide an overview of the research related to various bi-directional connections between oral health, mental health and substance use disorder, along with a proposed framework for better coordinating and integrating care across behavioral health and oral health providers. Additionally, the poster will summarize best practices and state opportunities to advance integration across oral health and behavioral health.

Describe different models of coordination or integration across oral and behavioral health care across a continuum using a new framework.
Explain positive outcomes that could result from increasing coordination or integration across oral and behavioral health care systems.
