This session will focus on the how-to of JumpStart Storytelling, a method created by Seth Kahan and used around the world at conferences and international organizations. You can freely take this method and use it in your work, anytime you want people to open up and engage!

Participants will examine the roots and consequences of stigma, particularly in relation to mental health and substance use, and why addressing stigma is crucial for personal, organizational, and societal transformation.

Participants will learn the step-by-step process for facilitating a JumpStart Storytelling session, including how to set the tone, guide participation, and create psychological safety.
