Liliane Drago is VP and Director of the Training at Outreach Development Corporation. In that capacity, she oversees the Outreach Training Institute, the largest provider of CASAC training in the New York region, the Institute’s professional development training program, and serves as the senior agency training director. Liliane chairs the Outeach Trauma-Informed Care implementation committee and serves on the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committees at the Outreach, and the DEI Committee of InUnity Alliance.
Liliane specializes in the evidence-based treatment of substance use disorders. She is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), a certified trainer on Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT), the Addiction Severity Index (ASI), and an associate trainer in Seeking Safety Therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder.
Formerly, Liliane was Vice President and National Training Director for Phoenix House, where she was responsible for training and staff development, and the adoption of evidence-based practices into treatment programs. Previously, she directed the Riverside Center at Phoenix House, a treatment program for employed adults with substance use disorders and their families, the Director of Ambulatory Programs, where she provided oversight of adolescent outpatient services, and was an Adjunct Instructor in Behavioral Science at Mercy College.
