VP/Director of CQI and Data Management

The shaky bridge between data’s inherent indifference and the anecdote-driven clinical aura in the behavioral health world is where Isaac French thrives. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Wayne State College, he worked with both children and adults with behavioral health and mental health disorders in various programs, and then attained his Master’s in Personality and Social Psychology from the University of Nebraska - Omaha. It was then that he recognized the power of data, statistics, and analytics, and how to use that information to initiate real, data-driven improvements within healthcare settings. Paired with education of and experience with formal Lean Six Sigma Performance Improvement methodology, he served as an analyst, performance improvement coach, and consultant for numerous healthcare systems, hospitals, direct care clinics, and behavioral health organizations to better leverage data to make smarter, quality-focused, and lasting improvements to their care. Now, as the Director of Continuous Quality Improvement and Data Management at CenterPointe, he employs state of the art data collection and reporting mechanisms to assist in directing performance and quality improvement efforts, as well as developing the systems needed to develop a strong, quality-driven culture across the agency.
