Victoria Pless, MPH, PMP is the Assistant Director for Overdose Prevention at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO). Through her work at ASTHO she engages with public health agencies in their efforts to reduce drug overdose-related harm. She is a subject matter expert in evidence-based and promising practices, harm reduction, and public health policy. Victoria received her MPH from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health in 2019.
