    Ashley Horne, MA is the Program Manager for the American Academy of Pediatrics Center of Excellence on Social Media and Youth Mental Health. Her work is focused on creating and sharing resources and messaging about the benefits and risks of social media and how to help youth and families develop skills for navigating the online world. She has worked in the AAP's Washington, DC office for 7 years. Ashley has a master’s degree in museum studies and nonprofit management from George Washington University. Ashley lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two kids. She often uses many of the Center's resources as she talks with her six year old daughter about media use on a daily basis!
