Gina Ehlert, MEd has been a National Trainer for Mental Health First Aid since 2013. She has over 25 years of experience impacting learners nationally with social services, alcohol, drug, mental health and provider agencies, as well as non-government entities and corporations. She has worked in various management and leadership roles and brings extensive experience in workforce development, academic education and instructional and training design, development and delivery.
Currently, Ms. Ehlert is the Founder, President and Chief Learning Officer of GETrainingSolutions, and contracts with the National Council for Behavioral Health as a highly requested National Trainer of instructors and Corporate Trainer. She is concurrently employed as a Trainer by U.C. Davis Continuing and Professional Education to provide training on topics like: effective communication, trauma informed care, supervision and leadership throughout California.
Ms. Ehlert holds a Master’s of Science degree in Education, a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management, and certificates in Human Resources Management and Online Teaching and Learning.
