    Colleen M. Chahal is a licensed therapist in both Pennsylvania (LPC) and New York State (LMHC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). The majority of her career has been spent providing direct clinical care but in 2020, she also took on the role of CCBHC Project Director at The Guidance Center, located in rural McKean Co., Pennsylvania. The Guidance Center was certified as a CCBHC by the State of Pennsylvania under the 2017 Demonstration Project and, following the state's withdrawal from the demonstration, certified under the CCBHC-E grant in 2020 and the CCBHC-IA grant in 2022. Colleen lives just across the PA state line in Olean, NY with her husband, Puneet, their 4 children, and 2 outlaw dogs, Bernie & Clyde.
