Ignasio Liscano III has been an integral part of Community Health Improvement Partners (C.H.I.P) since 2019, currently serving as the Lead Program Manager for the Independent Living Association-Fresno program. With a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable populations, Ignasio brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in social services, including his work as a Case Manager and Housing Specialist for the Older Adult Team with the Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health.
Ignasio possesses a foundational knowledge of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills and principles, which he applies in his work. He has also developed curriculum designed to help individuals secure safe and stable housing, and he has facilitated various skill-building groups and conference presentations.
Beyond his professional life, Ignasio is a devoted father and husband who enjoys playing disc golf and spending time with his family. His diverse experience and passion for helping others make him a vital asset to the C.H.I.P team.
