Lynn Hennighausen, MS
Lynn is a National Trainer for Mental Health First Aid, an evidence-based training that helps people identify signs and symptoms of potential mental health challenges and substance use disorders, how to step in, and how to connect to resources.
Lynn holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She’s spent her career creating programs and workshops to educate adults in health & mental health literacy, risk factor management, and disease prevention. She loves connecting with groups locally and nationally about all things health.
Lynn is co-founder for WholeHealth Sport, an organization designed to change the narrative around mental wellbeing in sport.
Lynn is a founder of Davidson LifeLine, a local non-profit offering education, awareness and advocacy around mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
Lynn and her husband, Rick, live in Davidson, NC, have been married for 35 years and have 3 adult children.
