    Dave Brown is a Maryland National Trainer and the Executive Director of Echo Resource Development, INC a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to empower communities and the organizations that serve them with the knowledge and resources necessary to build safe, healthy communities. Through training, professional development, and consulting Echo’s outcomes are focused on developing the inherent strengths within communities related to mental health and education.
    In addition to his work with Mental Health First Aid Mr. Brown's work includes providing training and job-embedded professional development related to Trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and Resilience, Suicide Prevention and Intervention, violence prevention and communication. He is also co-leads a national resource network that promotes collective efficacy by fostering collaboration between communities, businesses, and institutions.
