Katherine Seibel, MSSW, is the federal and regulatory activities manager at National Council for Mental Wellbeing where she supports the federal regulatory, appropriations, and youth and maternal health policy portfolios. Prior to joining National Council, Katherine worked on local, multi-state, and federal policy and advocacy efforts regarding mental health, substance use, and promoting children and youth safety and wellbeing, and began her career in mental health direct service. Katherine attended Columbia University for her Master of Science in Social Work focused in public policy, where she has also served as a teaching associate.
