Corinna Kelley, is a strategic consultant, transformational leadership coach, and founder of C.R.E.I.D Consulting a minority, women, and disabled veteran-owned professional and management development agency. Through tailored services such as strategic consulting, transformational coaching, organizational and leadership development, community engagement, and keynote speaking, Corinna bridges the gap between people and systems playing health equity, and well-being at the forefront of community and organizational growth.
Drawing from her personal lived experience as a Black and Mexican American woman navigating generational trauma, Corinna resonates with diverse communities and champions the elevation of marginalized voices. Her journey as a veteran navigating mental health challenges and the transition to civilian life has uniquely shaped her holistic approach. Leveraging her military background as a resilience instructor and leader, she crafts strength-based strategies designed to foster mindfulness, adaptability, and empowered leadership-- equipping individuals with the tools for transformation and thriving.
With over two decades of experience in Public Health, Corinna’s career spans strategic partnerships, organizational development, and community health improvement. She has partnered with healthcare systems, health departments, nonprofit organizations, and universities to evaluate, align, and enhance strategic direction improving health outcomes across communities. Corinna holds a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Administration from the University of Arizona Zuckerman College of Public Health. In addition, she has a certificate as an Advanced Project Management, ToP Facilitator and Resilience Practitioner.
Corinna’s dedication to health equity drives her volunteer work with the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) as a site visitor, contributing to the evaluation and strengthening of public health systems. As a member of the PHAB Inclusion Diversity Equity Anti-Racism (IDEA) committee, she advocates for transformative change in public health infrastructure. Additionally, she collaborates with WE Public Health, a coalition of female solopreneurs dedicated to tackling society's most pressing health and social issues.
