Julie Hanner is a Qualified Mental Health Professional and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Missouri. Julie completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Missouri State University in 1995 and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Southeast Missouri State university in 2000. She received her Nursing Home Administrator's License in 2021. Julie began her career working as a Care Coordinator and then transitioned to a Substance Use Counselor in a (CSTAR) Comprehensive Substance Treatment and Rehabilitation program. In 2000, she accepted a position as a Care Coordinator Supervisor at FCC Behavioral health and was promoted to Clinical Manager, Director, Clinical Officer and now Chief Clinical Officer of the Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs serving youth and adult consumers in seven counties. In Julie’s current role as Chief Clinical Officer, her primary responsibilities include actively leading clinical programs and seeking out clinical enhancements using evidenced-based practices. Julie has many years of overseeing the Health Home teams as well.
