    Alon Joffe is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder at Eleos Health, pioneering the new category of ambient AI workflow solutions to drive operational and clinical efficiency for behavioral health providers. He is an expert in AI and its implementation into the clinical workflow.
    Since establishing Eleos in early 2020, Alon has led the company through 3 rounds of investment, raising $120M.
    Under Alon’s leadership, Eleos has managed to grow its install base to tens of leading providers and health plans while growing the company to over 1500 employees.
    Alon has been touched personally by mental health issues through close friends dealing with PTSD from his military service in an elite Air Force Unit.
    Alon has founded two previous companies and was part of the core investment team at a Boston-based VC, which led investment rounds in multiple Unicorns.
    Alon holds both a B.A. and an L.L.B (summa cum laude) from Rechiman University and was recently listed in Forbes 30 Under 30.
