Shelby Albright is a passionate advocate for mental health and suicide prevention, with a career rooted in the healthcare field. Before dedicating the past year exclusively to suicide prevention, Shelby spent five years providing vital support to children and adults in crisis residential settings, ensuring they received compassionate and essential care during their most vulnerable moments.
Today, Shelby is at the forefront of coordinating impactful community-based mental health and suicide prevention trainings. Her work emphasizes Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs), driving greater awareness and empowering communities to take meaningful action.
When she’s not championing mental health, Shelby thrives on staying active and embracing competition, whether through sports or other challenges. She also enjoys tackling home improvement projects and managing her family’s rental properties.
