In 2016, she was offered a job as a Recruiter for Behavioral Health Staff in the same organization. Returning to her hometown of Buffalo in 2017, Meredith was hired as Program Manager at HOPE Treatment & Counseling Center for Endeavor Health Services. This innovative program is an integrated treatment program partnered with Inspired Health Group where clients receive a range of treatment for both their co-occurring behavioral health and medical issues. Currently, Meredith is the Director of Clinical Services for Endeavor Health Services. She oversees outpatient clinics, community-based services, and intensive rehabilitation services.
