Prior to joining Deloitte, Alain was the inaugural Executive Director of the LA County Youth Commission, one of the nation’s largest youth-led government oversight bodies in the country.
Alain’s passion for improving child welfare systems led him to Oregon to lead a complete transformation of Oregon’s child abuse response and reporting system ORCAH (Oregon Child Abuse Hotline).
