Michele Pilon is an Independent Trainer, Community Instructor and National Trainer for Mental Health First Aid and Life Coach and Wellness Consultant with her own business; Washington Wellness with Michele.
As a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and National Trainer she has trained thousands of professionals and community members in the athletic, academic and public service fields. She has experience with training diverse cultural, religious and ethnic groups including tribal populations. She has been an Instructor since 2016. She teaches the Adult, Youth, and Teen curriculum and the Higher Education, Rural, Older Adult, and Public Safety Supplements.
Michele has over 15 years of experience in the Mental Health and Human Services Field as a housing clinician with a continued emphasis on training. She was a Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Facilitator, Dialectic Behavior Therapy Group Facilitator and provided trainings on benefits, group facilitation, goal setting, housing and other areas related to mental health.
Prior to entering the mental health field, Michele worked in the childcare field for 10 years, including working with youth with special needs.
Michele is happily married with three young boys. She and her husband homeschool their sons together. When she is not training others, she can be found creating art or running her local 4H club.
