Angie Buckley has a long career with ASPIRE Health Partners, Inc. since 1996. She has over 30 years’ progressive experience working in Behavioral Healthcare and in the non-for-profit world. She currently serves as Program Director for various Programs implementing Evidenced Based Programming with the LGBTQI+ populations and those afflicted by HIV and other co-occurring disorders. Angie is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Certified Local Global Assessment of Individual Needs (GAIN) Tool Trainer and Certified in Advanced GAIN Clinical Interpretation as well as a Certified GAIN Clinical Supervisor. She has expertise in working with diverse populations such as women and children, adolescents, men, and LGBTQI+, in Residential and Outpatient programs treating Human Trafficking, Mass Shooting Crisis Management and responding to events causing Psychological Trauma in the communities of Florida and across the United States. Angie was one of the first responders to the Pulse Night Club Shooting in 2016 and since has also provided first response assistance in other mass shooting events such as the Uvalde School shooting in Texas and the Club Q shooting in Colorado to name a few.
Angie is also a National Coach for the Network for the Improvement of Addiction Treatment (NIATx), a Crisis Management Certified Specialist (CMCS) and has done extensive Process Improvement, crisis management planning, cultural humility and hate crimes training throughout the United States and abroad. She represents Aspire Health Partners on the Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association (FADAA) Minority Issues Committee, is Co-Chair of the Greater Orlando Human Trafficking Task Force, was appointed by the Orlando City Mayor Buddy Dyer to the Orlando HIV Planning Council, chair of the Needs Assessment Committee and appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to the Patient Care Prevention Representative seat in the State HIV Council. Angie is an Evidence-Based Program Peer Review Mentor for The Department of Children and Families across the State of Florida.
