    Transitioning from a CCBHC grantee to a CCBHC demonstration brings significant structural, financial, and operational changes. In this session, leaders from CCBHCs in Rhode Island and Michigan will share their firsthand experiences, lessons learned, and key strategies for success. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the differences between grant-funded and demonstration CCBHCs, explore critical steps for financial sustainability and compliance, and learn how to collaborate effectively with state Medicaid and behavioral health officials. This workshop will also highlight common challenges and real-world solutions to support a smooth and successful transition.
