There are a million ways to bring new clients into care but how can you know which is the right one for your clients? This session will help you evaluate if Same Day Access is right for you and, if so, walk you through the necessary steps to implement it.

Learning Objectives:

Define various access models- scheduled or unscheduled.
Provide a model for evaluating and determining the best access model for an organization.
Review the steps to design SDA.
Discuss solutions to common SDA implementation mistakes and elements of model fidelity.
