This presentation will share a comprehensive overview of the work we did as a CCBHC to reduce our waitlist by 92% in 2024 coming out of the Covid-19 pandemic. We will share specific strategies we employed during the preparation, execution and sustainability phases of our project while also sharing the lessons learned along the way to move back toward rapid access to care.
