This presentation will highlight the success of an organization in which clinical and quality leaders have forged a strong foundation for partnership. Participants will experience a real-life example of an agency where intentional efforts have resulted in synergy between clinical and quality assurance staff. Participants will learn how this organization has replicated this model in order to improve service quality in other agency programs and will benefit from the lessons and successes experienced along the way. Lastly, participants will leave with the tools to develop a plan for implementing this model in their own organizations.
Learning Objectives:
Attendees will learn to create a supportive environment that encourages staff at all levels to engage in continuous quality improvement and integrate best practices into their work.
Attendees will be able to identify 2 key projects, initiatives, or priorities at their organization where leveraging the Clinical/Quality partnership can positively impact the outcomes.
Attendees will be able to articulate how a robust partnership between Clinical programs and Quality staff is not just beneficial but critical to client care and outcomes.
