    MP35 - Developing Your Wellness Recovery Action Plan

    Workshop participants will learn the steps to implementing a comprehensive wellness program across the service system and how to integrate WRAP into service delivery. The presentation will address the benefits of implementing an evidence-based wellness program to improve employee wellness and support to consumers and families serviced in all service delivery models. There will be examples of how implementing a WRAP training program improves the culture within an agency and offers innovative ways to promote resiliency and self-advocacy.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Describe how the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) training program improves individual and employee wellness through applying key WRAP concepts, values, and action planning.
    • Define 2-3 benefits of implementing an evidence-based practice as a workplace wellness program
    • Describe how WRAP can be used as a means of prevention, intervention, and planning for one's overall wellness.
