Securing grant funding can be a thrilling milestone, marking the beginning of a large-scale project aimed at transforming your community. Yet, once the initial excitement settles, you may find yourself asking, "How do we turn our ambitious vision into a reality?" This presentation will discuss how to implement your vision, how to recognize if/when your vision is not coming to fruition, and how to pivot your implementation strategies to meet your project's original goals and objectives. Strategies to engage stakeholders, facilitate adaptability amongst staff, and develop meaningful programming will be discussed.
Learning Objectives:
Identify when your original project is not working as originally intended and recognize key indicators that signal a need for strategic adjustment
Engage stakeholders in designing new strategies to meet project goals and objectives using the context and experience you have gained
Demonstrate how to evaluate the new implementation strategies, communicate progress, and continuously refine if needed.
