A welcoming work environment is vital for collaboration, innovation and organizational success. This workshop will discuss strategies that promote understanding, respect and appreciation among different generations working together. These strategies will include how to promote generational awareness, encourage intergenerational collaboration, facilitate knowledge-sharing and cross-generational learning opportunities, address stereotypes and biases, and recognize and celebrate achievements.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will examine how to foster a welcoming and supportive work environment by understanding generational differences of their employees.
Participants will explore the benefits of an all-encompassing environment.
Participants will discuss how to motivate and engage multigenerational employees.
