Mary M. Gregorio, MA is national trainer for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and an independent mental health consultant dedicated to helping organizations create psychologically safe and supportive environments. With 20 years of clinical experience and 15 years in consulting and training, she bridges the gap between behavioral health best practices and organizational needs.
Mary holds a Master’s degree in Family Dynamics from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. She teaches community MHFA courses as well as MHFA at Work. Mary has developed and taught a slate of behavioral-health-related courses for case managers, clinical and non-clinical staff, and community organizations.
Mary’s consulting practice focuses on organizational change process, implementation of trauma-informed practices, building resilience, training and education.
Mary is certified in QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) and is a member of the American Association of Suicide Prevention.
