Jessica Foust, LPC, is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Georgia Collaborative ASO. In her role as CEO, she is responsible for the overall operations of the Administrative Services Organization (ASO) for the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). Jessica has worked for Carelon Behavioral Health since 2015, serving in various leadership roles, most recently as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the Georgia Collaborative, directing daily operations and strategic initiatives. Prior to that, she held the position of Chief Operating Officer, where she led operations. Before joining Carelon Behavioral Health, Jessica held various leadership, operations, quality oversight and clinical positions at provider organizations throughout the state of Georgia. Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s degree in Community Counseling from Mercer University and a bachelor’s degree in human services, also from Mercer University.
