Vishal Adma, M.D. is a board-certified psychiatrist, entrepreneur, and physician executive. He is the Founder, President, and CEO of Integrated Psychiatric Consultants (IPC), a behavioral health group focused on staffing and workforce management, with provider and partner retention rates above 95%. Dr. Adma also serves as Medical Director at Camber Children’s Mental Health and Assistant Professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center and Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He brings over 15 years of experience as a Physician Surveyor for The Joint Commission and Joint Commission International. As a proud first-generation immigrant, Dr. Adma is dedicated to making a profound impact on people’s lives every day. He believes mental health is as important as physical health, and that the suffering caused by mental health conditions can be equally painful. In recent years, Dr. Adma has acquired Responsive Centers, an outpatient behavioral health practice, and partnered with Reviving Mind to advance collaborative care technology. Altogether, he oversees more than 100 psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, neuropsychologists, and clinical therapists. Throughout his career, Dr. Adma has received several awards, including the “Excellence in Medicine” Award from the American Telugu Convention, “Professional Leader of the Year” from the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, and the “Dorland Health People Award,” a national recognition for commitment to high-quality patient care. He is also a proud alumnus of Leadership Kansas 2021 and serves on several community non-profit boards. Dr. Adma completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center and is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Additionally, he is a Certified Physician Executive and certified in Medical Quality from the American College of Physician Executives.
