Cassandra Sheets
Chief Executive Officer, Center for Family Life and Recovery
For the past 18 years, I have had the privilege of serving as the CEO of the Center for Family Life and Recovery (CFLR), a role that has allowed me to contribute to meaningful change and growth within our community. With 30 years of experience as a social worker and over 20 years as an administrator, I remain humbled and inspired by the opportunity to support individuals, families, and organizations in their journey toward resilience and transformation.
My leadership is guided by the core values of honesty, grace, and trust. I have a particular passion for small nonprofits, helping them operate efficiently while amplifying their impact. I truly believe that everyone has something valuable to offer, and I am excited to be part of the ongoing work of empowering people and creating opportunities for lasting change.
