Jocelyn Maddox is employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where she serves as the Director of the Bureau of Quality Management & Data Review within the Department of Human Services' Office of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services. In this capacity, she manages a team of over 40 professionals who handle complaints and grievances, quality initiatives, clinical reviews, and systems management for Medicaid recipients, a notably vulnerable population. Jocelyn also acts as a Subject Matter Expert on various quality improvement projects. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Penn State, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, and additional coursework at Lancaster Bible College.
