    With a distinguished career spanning executive roles in both provider and payer segments, Dr. Jerome Vaccaro has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation in the field of Behavioral Health (BH). Dr. Vaccaro has held CEO positions in several large behavioral health provider systems, including APN Lodge, Prospect Integrated BH, State of Hawaii, and UCLA. In addition, he has also led payers such as United Behavioral Health, PacifiCare Specialty Health, PacifiCare Behavioral Health, and APS Healthcare, as well as specialty companies like Ingenuity Health. In 2013, he founded RightPath HC, a strategy and operations consulting group with a specialized focus on establishing or rebuilding BH programs and population health management programs. This venture was born out of his desire to create sustainable and effective solutions for BH programs, and to improve the overall health of populations through strategic management.
