Dr. Eisen is Cascadia's Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Eisen received his MD from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed his postdoctoral residency in adult psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and a fellowship in public sector forensic psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts. His psychiatry training emphasized the delivery of care to homeless, incarcerated, and socioeconomically marginalized individuals. Dr. Eisen earned a BA in Economics and Mathematical Methods in Social Sciences from Northwestern University, and an MBA in Public and Non-Profit Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. At Cascadia, Dr. Eisen is responsible for planning, developing and administering medical services within Cascadia's behavioral health and addictions programs, and is also responsible for establishing and implementing policies, procedures and practice standards related to the integration of primary care and wellness activities.
