How Implementing a Peer-to-Peer Support Model has assisted in recruiting, sustaining and retaining Peer Programming. RHA's Peer workforce recruitment and retention has focused on collaborative and creative supervision models that are based on mutual learning, practical guidance, social connection all within a non-judgmental environment that strengthens personal growth, builds resilience and creates a shared sense of purpose and personal/professional satisfaction.
