    Justin Thomas, LPC, has been a dedicated counselor in the fields of substance use and mental health since 2008. From 2014 to 2021, he managed crisis services in Linn County, where he excelled at fostering collaboration among community partners to address systemic barriers to care. His passion for behavioral health education emerged through his work training diverse groups, including community members, partner agencies, school staff, and law enforcement, on critical aspects of mental health.

    Justin is a sought-after speaker at conferences, where he shares his clinical expertise and practical insights. As the lead trainer and content creator for the Mobile Crisis Training Academy in Oregon, he continues to advance behavioral health knowledge and practices across the state. In 2022, Justin launched his training business, FundaMental Consulting, LLC, enabling him to partner with organizations throughout Oregon to provide impactful mental health education and consulting services. Looking ahead, he is eager to expand his support and impact on the behavioral health field at a national level.
