Jeannie Cool is a seasoned Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) based in Ohio, specializing in community behavioral health. With a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Kentucky Christian University and a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Counseling/Therapy from The University of Akron, Jeannie brings a robust academic foundation to her multifaceted role.
Currently serving as the Manager of Evidence-Based Practices & Outcomes at the County of Summit ADM Board, Jeannie focuses on the integration and sustainability of evidence-based practices within Summit County’s community behavioral health system. Her role encompasses enhancing system development, continuous quality improvement, and the advancement of innovative strategies aimed at recruiting, engaging, and retaining behavioral health professionals.
In addition to her work with the County of Summit ADM Board, Jeannie is an Outpatient Therapist in private practice in Wadsworth, Ohio, where she provides counseling services to adults and couples. Her commitment to enhancing the behavioral health workforce and her expertise in evidence-based practices reflect her dedication to improving mental health outcomes in her community.
