Kimberly Meals, M.Ed., LPCC-S currently serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Community Support Services in Akron, Ohio. For more than 25 years, Kim has held several positions in the organization. Most recently, Kim served as the CCBHC Director and Compliance Officer. She demonstrates a unyielding commitment to providing high quality treatment services while promoting the well-being of staff. She has been instrumental in championing organizational transformation in response to the ongoing challenges in healthcare. Kim has a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology and Spanish from Capital University as well as a M.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervisory endorsement in the State of Ohio. Since 2008, she has also been an Administrative and Program Surveyor for CARF.
