Assistant Vice President - Critical Care Services
Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall
Newburgh, New York
I began his nursing career at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall in 2013 after obtaining a BSN in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY. At MSLC I quickly discovered my passion for Emergency Nursing and in 2019 I assumed the role of Clinical Nurse Manager. Many of the initiatives in my early days involved reducing stigma among care providers, increasing use of naloxone and peer support for patients with SUD. During this time, I also worked building collaborative relationships with outside care agencies and developed the utilization of telehealth for screening and evaluation of patients. Currently, I am a member of the senior nursing leadership team at MSLC and continue to be proud of the work we do collaboratively with our Behavioral Health team. In 2023 I graduated with my MSN in Nursing Leadership and MBA and continue to oversee critical care services at MSLC.
